I've used this bright, flavorful chimichurri as a salad dressing, dipping sauce for sweet potato fries or other roasted veggies, poured over grilled chicken, or even as a marinade for veggies before grilling.

Mango Vinaigrette
Since creating it, I have been obsessed with this vinaigrette and have been eating it on everything. From chicken bites, to salad, to dipping sweet potato fries- it’s delicious on everything. The key ingredient is ataulfo mangos, which are in season right now. They are also called champagne mangos or small yellow mangos. They have a very sweet flesh with a flavor profile that differs from a regular mango. You must use this mango for the vinaigrette, or it won’t turn out the same. You will be in love once you try this recipe, just like me.

Not Your Typical Keto Gravy!
There are so many keto gravy recipes out there…so why am I sharing another one? Well, because it’s another game changer! If you don’t like the slimy texture of xanthan gum, you must try this recipe. I’ve served it to non keto folks young and old at Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner parties and no one ever knew it was keto friendly!
10 Minute Blender Salsa
We have been making SO much salsa this summer and by SO much I really do mean a lot. We are super spoiled with the most amazing CSA and their tomatoes are basically heaven in a fruit. We basically don’t eat tomatoes if they are not in season anymore because they taste like mushy watery nastiness. You can throw all these ingredients in your food processor or blender and be done in less than 10 minutes. You can roughly chop it for a chunky salsa or you can puree more. Feel free to adjust flavor according to your preference.
Balsamic Strawberries with Basil
These Balsamic Strawberries were created to go over my Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken and are so darn delicious I wanted to give them their own place to shine! They have the perfect amount of tangy sweetness and only take about 15 minutes to come together. They would be yummy over fish, tomato feta salad, spinach salad with salmon, filet mignon or even ice cream! The options are endless.

Southwest Seasoning
I love creating my own spice blends so I can make them with the perfect amount of saltiness, heat and overall flavoring! The best part, no nasty preservatives! It's so easy and you will love how versatile this southwest seasoning is. It is so amazing for marinating meats or adding to potatoes for an extra zing of flavor! The options are endless. My favorite is marinating flank steak with this seasoning, avocado oil and lime juice overnight and then grilling it and making Southwest Steak Salads! Yummmm!
Pesto Tomato Sauce
This rich and delicious Pesto Tomato Sauce is the best of two worlds! Creamy delicious fresh Basil Pesto combined with your favorite tomato sauce (I made my Roasted Tomato Sauce) and tossed with your favorite pasta. I used chick pea pasta here with garlic and herb shrimp tossed in. To keep this dish Whole30 you can use hearts of palm "spaghetti" or zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash! No matter how you serve it the whole family will love this delicious sauce!
Easy Avocado Salsa
In this recipe, I've blended my favorite parts of guacamole and pico de gallo. This is an avocado and cilantro heavy mix, with a little tomato, and some heat from the jalapeno and red pepper. Some salt and lime juice round out the flavors. Mix in the avocado at the very end to preserve the nicely diced edges.
Jerk Seasoning
This Jerk Seasoning (Whole30, Paleo) will change the way you look Jerk seasoning. You will want to put this on everything and I do mean everything. This delicious marinate is easy to make and stores well in the refrigerator.
